About this project: This is an academic 35mm project that I wrote, directed, and edited. This project had to be a silent film, so I wanted to tell the story through the lighting, cinematography, blocking, and the props. This is something that I will make again one day.

About this project: A short that I shot on 16mm film. I wanted to go with a basic style; a girl hiking with her dog. This brings human and animal life together, showing their love for each other. The title does speak for itself. You can not have happiness without the sadness.
